Is shopping online with Reading Speedway safe ?
A 'secure' site always displays the gold "padlock" symbol
in the status bar of your internet browser window. The
main pages of the online track shop are hosted on non-secure
servers,
because they are purely information pages, so the gold
padlock will not appear while you are browsing the online
shop. However,
when you view your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout
stage - where your debit or credit card details are taken,
you will see the symbol appear. At this stage, you will
be in the safe and secure environment of PayPal.
Which types of payment cards are accepted ?
We accept Visa, Visa/Delta, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express cards.
Why do I need to create a PayPal account ?
We use PayPal as our payment processing agents, so you need
an account to be able to make a payment to us. Setting up
an account is free and easy, and takes just a few minutes.
Once you have created your account the first time, then you'll
not need to create it again. On your next visit, simply enter
your PayPal username and password.
What will be shown on my bank statement ?
The payment will be shown on your bank statement or credit
card statement as a payment made to 'Zintek Sport').
Will I get a receipt for my order ?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation receipt by email
shortly after you complete the transaction. We advise you
to print
or retain a copy for your records. We also send out a receipt
with the order.
How soon will my order arrive ?
Providing the items you have ordered are in stock, we will
endeavor to despatch your order within 7 working days.
Payment has cleared, but I have not received my order. Why
?
If your item is in stock, it should have been dispatched
as soon as we received confirmation of your payment clearing
into our account. If you have not received your order within
10 days of your payment clearing, please contact us by
email at shop@readingspeedway.com and
give us as much information as possible.
Will my order arrive together ?
Usually, we will dispatch your order as one complete package,
providing we have all your order in stock. However from time
to time it may be necessary to mail items separately, in
order
to
keep
postage
and packing
costs
to
a minimum.
My items are faulty. What happens next ?
If your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us by
email as soon as possible at shop@readingspeedway.com giving as much information as you can.
